This fixing relies entirely on one screw in a mortar joint. I guess the original installer didn’t have a proper wall bracket with him. This is relatively mild roguery. The real villains came later, and fitted two more arrays to what was obviously a suspect installation.

This installation was above the pavement near a busy street corner.
