Aerial Photography - Modern

The
lump half way up the mast is a rotator, a device used to turn
the aerial so that it receives from different directions. A vertically
polarised three element VHF FM radio aerial seems an unlikely
thing to fix onto a rotator, because it's not very directional,
especially when the reflector has a mast a few inches from it,
as in this case. An enigma, like so many of our exhibits. . .
