Aerial Photography - DIY Gallery

These two installations were in the same town, so I wonder if a local firm is selling a kit comprising a log periodic aerial, a masthead amp, a right-angle mast, and a little wall bracket. The use of yellow/green tape tells us that the installer of one of these was an electrician. Both examples have the mast fitted to the aerial in a way that will severely affect the performance of the latter. The double section of the boom of a log periodic is actually a sort of waveguide, and it doesn’t help one bit if people clamp things to it.
