Short ladder syndrome is apparent, and the cable isn’t too well secured. How much better it would have been to have put the brackets near the apex, getting the aerial higher allowing the use of a shorter mast. And if the installer had taped the cable to the mast and top bracket it would have been the icing on the cake.
