Another combined BI and BIII array. The make is uncertain, but I suspect Belling and Lee because of the pale blue junction box cap. Like the Antiference Hi-lo this design has the major disadvantage that there is no BI reflector. However, unlike the Hi-lo this model has a BIII reflector. The BIII signals couple to the BI dipole. Some combinations of BI and BIII channel were more conducive to this coupling method than others, and I believe that some manufacturers compromised the BI performance by adjusting the BI dipole length to make it more BIII friendly.
