Tony Sayer explains: “This Labgear combined Band I and Band III aerial was made for the reception of the BBC channel 2 relay in Cambridge and Sandy Heath on channel 6 . The rods could be arranged so that you could alter them to suit the angle between the two transmitters. This only worked because both were horizontally polarised.”
