Ignore the rope; that’s just securing the top of Alex Thomas’s ladder (thanks for the pic Alex). Anyone familiar with Sky minidishes will see immediately that the proper mast clamping parts are missing. Instead the dish has been botched onto an old mount that originally held a Sky analogue dish. The lack of a proper clamp has made the guilty installer over-tighten the bolts, so the mast is squashed. Even so, the dish elevation will not hold steady and the installation will fail.
