I’m not going to even try to figure out which cable goes where, and why. But just look at the one that goes across the window, on the extreme right. If you look below the window you can see that it has been carefully fixed to run horizontally and then turn upwards. So the position you see it in now, across the window, is presumably its permanent, intended, route! Well I never!
