This isn’t really roguery. Using rainwater drainage goods to contain the cables on a large distribution system probably seemed like a really good idea. It might have worked if the installers had thought it through and had installed it with more care. The first shot shows a corner, and there were many like this all over the site. In the second shot the pipe is quite an eyesore, and if it had been fixed just below the ceiling, entering the grey housing at the side, it would probably have been acceptable. It’s also unfortunate that the mains power has been brought in via a separate bit of ugly plumbing.
