This looks like a length of 22mm conduit, pressed into service as an aerial mast. The ‘mast’ might be super strong but the poor old chimney bracket is having a hard time. The length of mast and the heavy aerial mean that it’s grossly overloaded. The chimney bracket is made from quite thin sheet steel. Because it’s cut out and pressed from one sheet the surfaces that bear on the masonry are cut away, so the whole thing is really rather precarious.
