Rogues Gallery
This
fascia bracket supported a large UHF aerial. Personally I don't
like to see big aerials fixed to wood, but that's beside the point.
The owner decided to have new plastic fascias fitted, so the aerial
was temporarily removed and then refixed by the fascia men. The
fixings were little nails with push-fit plastic heads, about 40mm
in length. Some of the plastic heads fell off and I removed the
others for the photograph. As you can see, the nail in the upper
hole of the wall bracket is doing nothing because the steel head
is smaller than the hole. It had looked impressive though, with
its push-fit plastic head!
