The mast is a length of 1½" alloy aerial tube, nowhere near strong enough for the wind load. But before the mast snaps, the top bracket will probably pull the brickwork down. The bracket is fixed to one brick at the apex of the wall, always a weak point. Note also the shoddy cable fixing and the use of insulating tape to waterproof the connector.
