Aerial Lingus
This impressive tower is in the village of Borris in Ossory, County Laois. Although well inland the dishes received from Llanddona in North Wales. They were superseded some years ago by an installation on the nearby hills. A large VHF aerial points towards the North. The active element on the larger dish appears to be the square dipole used on the Jaybeam Parabeam and Multibeam range, with a home made reflector.
